OFFICE MANAGER: The Castle Pines Connection is looking for a creative and organized individual to join our team in an office manager-type capacity. The super flexible position would involve responsibilities like scheduling and running monthly staff meetings, responding to email inquiries, planning team building/philanthropy projects, coordinating community contests, creating gifts for our business partners, organizing new resident welcomes, etc. Closet crafters and Pinterest groupies welcome.

Applicants should be social media savvy and have experience with Constant Contact and Microsoft Office applications. Strong writing and communications skills are required. The position is roughly 15-20 hours a month with potential to grow.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER: Visuals are one of the things that make The Castle Pines Connection so unique and special. We take time to “fix up” all of our photos, and much thought goes into the layout of the paper and the designing of the ads that are featured.

We are looking for a freelance graphic designer who is fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to work with our account managers to design compelling and creative ads for our business partners. Knowledge of WordPress is helpful, although not required, and familiarity with Facebook, Instagram and Twitter is preferred. Designers work on anywhere from five to 15 ads per month, and may be asked to assist with other graphic projects as needed.
