Annual Schweiger Ranch Fall Festival in Lone Tree

The City of Lone Tree and RidgeGate Development invite the public to attend the annual Schweiger Ranch Fall Festival on Sunday, October 6 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Schweiger Ranch is located within the RidgeGate development at 10822 Valley Hwy., just south of Lincoln Avenue, on the east side of I-25 at RidgeGate Parkway.

Admission and parking are free. Activities will include hay wagon rides, pumpkin patch picking, crafts, petting zoo, Historic Douglas County booth and historic ranch tours, Wildlife Experience interactive kids’ booth, fall product vendors, and storytime sessions with Douglas County Libraries. Food vendors include Crepe’s A Go Go, East Coast Joes, and Old Tyme Kettle Corn. The Paul Glover Trio will provide live entertainment throughout the event.

The 38-acre historic Schweiger Ranch property features a house, barn, brick silo, several outbuildings, an apple orchard, and active bee hives. The ranch is owned by the Schweiger Ranch Foundation, donated in 2006 by RidgeGate Investments.
