Newly-appointed Ward 1 representative, Tera Radloff, takes her oath of office.
For the second time since November 2009, when residents in the City of Castle Pines North voted for elected officials to represent them, a vacant council seat has been filled by appointment of the existing city council.
City council selected Tera Radloff to represent the residents in Ward 1, filling the vacancy left by Jennifer Havercroft in April. Radloff was one of three candidates who submitted an application for the
position.
Radloff will carry out the remainder of the two-year term until the next regular election in November 2011, when the residents of Castle Pines North will vote for two Ward 1 representatives.
