Chamber director update
The Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce has kept its mission at the forefront these past several months, as we have worked to support local businesses in our community.
Reopening and recovery are a welcome opportunity to begin a “new normal” in our personal and professional lives, while following thoughtful guidelines put in place to keep us safe and healthy.
Even with these guidelines, we continue to navigate uncharted waters, as our members and businesses are forced to make difficult choices on when, how and where to deliver services and meet the needs of their customers. Customers are also making difficult choices of how and where to support local businesses.
We have been and will continue to be a dependable lifeline for local businesses fighting to keep their doors open. We have developed essential resources for businesses and community members, offered opportunities to participate in webinars presented by Tri-County Health, and advocated to ensure businesses have the resources they need through the CARES Act and additional sources of funding.
Many Castle Pines Chamber members have experienced great hardship during this crisis, but we are encouraged that restaurants, retailers and service providers now have the opportunity to reopen safely.
In addition to our daily business support, we are proud to produce several amazing community events each summer. At this time, we are uncertain whether or not they will still be held this year. We are optimistic but are also mindful that it is important to wait to get together in large groups only when it is safe to do so.
Chambers are catalysts, conveners and champions for their members and the communities they proudly serve. We plan to continue our mission supporting businesses and residents, and with your help, Castle Pines will remain a resilient and successful community as businesses safely reopen and commerce returns to our great city and surrounding areas.
