City to Launch Public Works Department

The City of Castle Pines North will officially launch its new Public Works Department, led by Director Eric Guth, on February 13, 2009.
The City of Castle Pines North’s management provider, CH2MHILL OMI, hired Public Works Director Eric Guth to guide and deliver the city’s public works services through a combination of partnerships, subcontractors and city staff.
Guth is a Professional Engineer with more than 20 years of experience in managing major civil infrastructure and capital improvement initiatives for cities and large developments.
Among other positions, Guth has been deputy public works director for the City of Centennial, director of development for a residential area and resort in New Mexico, and town engineer and capital improvement program director for the Town of Breckenridge.
Guth and his family moved to Castle Pines North last August.
