Crazy easy caramel dip

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter then add sugar, corn syrup and condensed milk, stir constantly and allow mixture to come to a boil. As soon as the mixture boils, remove it from the heat and stir in the vanilla. The caramel dip will thicken as it cools. Serve with dippers of your choice (apple slices, pretzels, etc.) or drizzle over cheesecake or ice cream.
