Doug Hutchins named Five Star Real Estate Agent

Doug Hutchins, a leading broker associate with The Kentwood Company who specializes in Castle Pines, has been named a “Five Star Real Estate Agent” for 2010 by Denver’s 5280 Magazine.
Hutchins and the 2010 list of top real estate agents are published in a special section of the September issue of the popular magazine. These agents are recognized for providing the highest level of overall customer satisfaction. Hutchins was one of only three agents named Five Star Real Estate Agents for Castle Pines North.
Hutchins grew up on his family’s farm in Western Kansas where he developed a strong work ethic that has served him well in the highly competitive real estate business. He played football at Colorado State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude. Hutchins earned his CPA after college and later returned to graduate school at the prestigious Anderson School of Business at UCLA.

Hutchins holds several special designations recognizing the successful completion of stringent continuing education courses in real estate, including the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
