Elephant Rock Cycling Festival

Cyclists get your chains lubed and tires pumped because the Subaru Elephant Rock Cycling Festival is the unofficial start of the Colorado cycling season. The 23rd annual ride takes place on Sunday June 6 at the Douglas County Fair Grounds in Castle Rock and is currently accepting registration of riders of all ages.

The Elephant Rock offers something for cyclists of all abilities. Riders can choose between three distances for paved road routes – 100 mile, 62 mile and 32 mile, a 25-mile off-road course, or a seven-mile family course.
