The Lone Tree Arts Center (LTAC) has 136 ushers who volunteer their time and bring their enthusiasm to welcoming visitors to the various performances at the venue throughout the year.  Pictured here are the 2014 Usher of the Year Brenda Vitaska, Ambassador Barb Wisles, and the 2015 Usher of the Year Mary McMillan.  These volunteers who all sport bright green scarves and ties, provided nearly 10,000 hours of service during the 2014-2015 season.  The LTAC was pleased to honor them at its annual usher appreciation event on July 14.

Castle Pines residents JoAnn and Dennis Wolff have volunteered as ushers at the LTAC since January 2014 and relish their experience.  “It is personally rewarding to donate our time to this first-class, well-managed organization,” remarked JoAnn.  “They demonstrate respect for their volunteers and we like contributing to bringing the arts to the local community level.  It’s a fun activity which my husband and I can do together and the volunteers are almost all like-minded people whom it’s nice to get to know.”
