New Bank Coming to Castle Pines North

by Terri Wiebold

Front loaders began moving dirt this week to grade the approximately 63,830 square-foot vacant parcel of land located on the north end of the King Soopers Shopping Center, just east of Lagae Road in Castle Pines North.

According to the project description posted on the City’s website, the land is the future site of KeyBank. The lot will house a 4,281 square-foot bank building with 21 parking spaces and three drive-through lanes (one ATM and two video automated teller lanes).

The plan calls for one main entrance along the south side, with elevations that will maintain the corporate image of the bank and at the same time compliment the surrounding architecture. The maximum building height is set at 22 feet from the base of the building to the top of the entry tower.
