New owner of Village Postal is ready for the holidays

As of October 1, Village Postal, located in The Village at Castle Pines, was acquired by successful small business owner Teresa Gonzalez. Gonzalez moved to Colorado two years ago and says she is thrilled to be a part of the Castle Pines community.

Gonzalez is enjoying meeting new friends and neighbors and is looking forward to servicing the needs of the community during the busy holiday season. Village Postal offers shipping by both the U.S. Postal Service and FedEx. It offers packaging services and a full range of packaging supplies. The shop also sells stamps, rents P.O. boxes, and offers faxing, scanning, copier, and notary services.

In addition to offering all of these services, the shop carries a wide range of fun and eclectic gift items, most of which are created here in Colorado.

Award-winning chocolates made in Denver; cards from The Gathering Place, a refuge for women who experience homelessness or poverty; hats, scarves, and belts from a local vendor; and Christmas items from local Castle Rock sisters are just a few of the items for sale in the shop. Gonzalez says she enjoys carrying local items and supporting others. “I believe when you support small businesses, it makes everyone successful!” remarked Gonzalez.

Village Postal is located at 858 Happy Canyon Road, Suite 115 and is open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursday, and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday. Watch for extended hours during the holidays.
