Max Pederson and Josh Pusar, both Rock Canyon High School students and Castle Pines residents, qualified to play in the state golf tournament.
Coach Dunkle said, “We expected to qualify one individual for the state tournament, and we qualified two. We hoped to be in the top half of the Continental League, and we finished fourth out of twelve, so that was a success too. Coaching this group of kids was great! They were young (only a couple of seniors), but they were full of energy and very competitive on the golf course.”
