Tom Turkey Thanksgiving veggie platter
Use carrots and celery to form the turkey’s outer “plumage” and then fill in with pickles, olives, tomatoes, bell pepper slices and cucumber slices as shown. Using one “section” of the bottom of a bell pepper and the chunk of cucumber, form the turkey’s head and neck; add a small olive slice for the eye. Cut one carrot stick into matchsticks to form the turkey’s legs and feet. Serve immediately.
