Vino in the Village
Vino in the Village – a welcome annual event.
Hundreds of people descended on the Village Shops in The Village at Castle Pines on August 13 for Vino in the Village, a Castle Pines Chamber of Commerce event that showcases restaurants and wine purveyors in the area. The annual event was a sellout with 400 tickets sold. Attendees learned about wine pairings and also tasted top-notch bourbon and whiskey. Eateries in the Village Shops and from around Douglas County handed out samples of their best dishes, and we were thrilled this year because all of the vendors are also partners of The Connection. Special thanks to Trestles Coastal Cuisine, Cranelli’s Italian Restaurant, MiYO Cafe, Stinkin’ Good Green Chili, The Whiskey Lodge, Crumble Cookies, Danielle’s Scratch Kitchen, Popcorn Bliss and Tony’s Meats & Market.
