Tony’s Meats & Market in The Village at Castle Pines hosted more than 100 guests for Beef & Bourbon Night – celebrating the grand opening of Tony’s new Dry Aged Meat room. Samples of Tony’s new The Butcher’s Pantry sauces were paired with a selection of fine bourbons, and Tony’s CEO, Daniel Rosacci, gave a lighthearted and educational speech about the dry aging process.
