Bonaventure campus construction begins

Bonaventure of Castle Rock has begun construction on its new 9.3-acre continuing care campus and is hosting a post-groundbreaking party for the public on Thursday, October 27 at 11 a.m.
The campus is located at 1855 Low Meadow Boulevard, just south of The Meadows development and Castle Rock Adventist Campus in Castle Rock.
Special guests will be on hand and light refreshments will be served as attendees are given an overview of the upscale project’s 16 different floor plans, 89 active retirement units, 55 assisted living units, and 12 memory care units.
Suites will range in size from 600 square feet to 1,000 square feet. Bonaventure of Castle Rock’s senior campus will be completed in the fall of 2012 and is currently accepting reservations for future residents.
