Located at 1855 Low Meadow Boulevard in The Meadows, Bonaventure of Castle Rock is a new upscale senior retirement community now open and ready to welcome new residents.

The facility has 156 suites with several floor plans to choose from – one and two bedroom suites for active retirement and assisted living residents, and semi-private and/or one bedroom suites in a secured environment for memory care residents.

The three-story facility is 181,000 square feet with rustic stone, wood, and glass exterior architectural features. The interior finishes are a stylish mix of wood and wrought iron elements, with fabrics and carpet in warm tones. Bonaventure offers a wide variety of amenities and spacious public areas for residents to enjoy, including daily gourmet dining, a fitness center, a hair salon, a game and craft room, a gardening and hobby shop, a movie theater, housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and other services.

Bonaventure of Castle Rock is the 37th and most recent community to be built by Bonaventure, according to Bonaventure CEO Kelley Hamilton. All architectural and interior design, construction, electrical, plumbing, and furnishings are done in-house. Hamilton personally inspects each facility prior to its grand opening and has plans to build two more Bonaventure senior communities in Colorado – one in Colorado Springs and one in Pueblo.

The public is invited to Bonaventure of Castle Rock’s grand opening weekend event on Saturday, December 1, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, December 2, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. The grand opening event will have refreshments, music, prizes, and Bonaventure staff members will be available to offer tours and answer questions.
