How was she chosen?
Surveys were sent to Denver area residents who recently purchased a home over $150,000 (more than 26,400 households) within an eight-month period (February 2011 to October 2011). An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies.
The survey data was collected and scored, resulting in the list of 2012 Denver Five Star Real Estate Agents. The research methodology allows only seven percent or fewer real estate agents in a given market to qualify for the Five Star award. Congratulations to Linda!
