The city’s website has a new feature to help identify land use cases active in the city of Castle Pines North.
An overview map populated with pine tree icons marks open land use cases within the city. Categories include site improvement plan applications, use by special review applications, subdivision aplications, rezoning applications, variance applications, and location and extent applications.
Posted information about each listing includes the case number, the submittal date, a brief description, and the status of the application.
