The annual Kids Carnival in Castle Pines Village (CPV) took place on August 9 and all of the kids who attended had a blast!
The CPV parks and recreation committee hosted the annual event, and they really outdid themselves this year with a bounce house, bounce obstacle course, balloon artist, face painters, carnival games, a cake walk, and a very popular dunk tank.
Committee members Nan Wesselink and Lisa Voss recruited teens and adults from the neighborhood to oversee the fun. Despite a bit of rainy weather, the event was the perfect way for the neighborhood kids to end their summer!
