The Castle Pines North Metro District recently welcomed Dan Schmick, formerly of Clifton Gunderson LLP, on board to assume many of the financial duties of the District.
During the past to years with Clifton Gunderson, Schmick assisted with the compilation of many of the District’s financial statements, which were outsourced to the firm at the time. Schmick will assist with the day-to-day accounting duties of the District, as well as the maintenance and preparation of financial materials.
“Having a staff member focused solely on finances will allow the Metro District to now focus their efforts into evaluating and making recommendations for planning for bond payments and making the best of the money,” said District Manager James McGrady.
