Tri the Rock returns for its fourth year of benefiting youth health and fitness on May 17 at Butterfield Park in Castle Rock.
A USA Triathlon sanctioned event, Tri the Rock is open to all kids ages five through 14. Cost is $30 for registration prior to May 11 and after is $40 until May 16. All participants will receive a t-shirt, goodie bag and lunch.
All non-USA Triathlon members will have to purchase a membership for an additional $5. For every entry $10 will go to the physical education department of the participant’s school. Additional proceeds will benefit youth athletics in the Town of Castle Rock. To register for the event and to find out about age divisions and race distances visit www.tritherock.com.
