The developer of Daniels Gate has turned the Romar Homeowners Association over to its residents. Two HOA members were elected by Romar homeowners, and three were appointed by the sub HOAs (Turquoise Terrace and Amber Ridge/Ventana).
At the first meeting of the new board held on September 24, the following officers were elected: Jason Gibb was elected president, Pat Brierley was elected vice president, Jodi Rosenthal was elected secretary, Ken Heitmann was elected treasurer. Calvin Hemphill also serves as a board member.
Gibb was also named as the CPN Master Association Delegate. As the delegate, Gibb will attend monthly Master Association meetings and be the liaison between the Romar HOA and the Master Association.
