Papa Murphy’s Pizza opens in Castle Pines

By Elizabeth Wood West

Great news for pizza lovers – a new Papa Murphy’s Pizza is now open in the Castle Pines community at 558 E. Castle Pines Parkway, Suite B-2, in the Safeway shopping center.

Owner Philip Moore is enthusiastic about bringing the popular take-and-bake freshly-made pizza business to the community. Moore said, “After my first introduction to a Papa Murphy’s pizza almost eight years ago, I was hooked on the great taste and the entire concept of how Papa Murphy’s conducts business with great pizza and customer service. Several years ago, I was contemplating a career and life change; I had always wanted to be an owner of a Papa Murphy’s, and took the opportunity in the wonderful City of Castle Pines.”

Moore became a Papa Murphy’s franchise owner in May and has received extensive training and support from the company to ensure a successful launch of his new business venture.

Moore’s background includes working in the oil industry in Texas after graduating from college, and twenty-five years experience in the financial and insurance industry with USAA in Colorado and Arizona. Moore and his wife, Camille, currently live in Colorado Springs and plan to relocate soon to Castle Pines to be near their new Papa Murphy’s store. Moore and his wife enjoy jogging and hiking in their spare time. They have climbed all fifty-four of Colorado’s 14,000-foot peaks and climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro in 2008.

Papa Murphy’s Pizza offers a wide variety of take-and-bake pizzas, as well as salads and desserts, including take-and-bake chocolate chip cookie dough. Check out the website at www.papamurphys.com.
