Surrey Ridge neighbors celebrate Music and Movie in the Park

Two of Surrey Ridge’s long-time residents, Margaret Miller and Maisie Choniski, enjoyed the fun evening out, even if they had to bundle up a bit.

Around seventy-five of Surrey Ridge’s families and friends enjoyed an evening of music and a movie in the neighborhood park.

With the generosity of the Grant family, Gary and Mary Henry, and the music of Rob Solomon, it was a great time. “It was fun and once again great to see old faces and meet a few new ones as well,” noted Valerie Miller, whose husband is a third-generation Surrey Ridge resident.

Surrey Ridge is a friendly and fun place to live with activities that are enjoyed by many. There is ladies bunco, bridge, book club, hay-rack rides for the kids at Halloween, a ladies equestian group, an annual barn party, picnics in the local park, and a ladies luncheon group. And soon, when the snow flies, the kids will grab their sleds and head to the closest hill.

Families and friends brought picnics to the local Surrey Ridge park and had a good time chatting with neighbors before showtime.

A generous Surrey Ridge neighbor, Gary Henry, gives the kids a ride around the park.
